Terese Feeney

Chief Administrative Officer

Terese Feeney serves as Chief Administrative Officer at Innovista Health Solutions. Terese is responsible for the company’s finance, human resources, legal, and facilities functions. She combines her passion and deep expertise to focus on Innovista’s talent acquisition and development, effective processes and internal controls.

Prior to her role at Innovista, Terese’s career included leadership positions at Health Care Service Corporation and Arthur Andersen, as well as independent consulting. In these roles, Terese managed due diligence, business and financial strategy analysis, enterprise-wide risk assessments and subsidiary governance. Terese directed the financial audits of entities in the banking, insurance, and real estate industries; and managed the outsourced internal audit function of an $11 billion property & casualty company, which included coordinating audit activities at 11 subsidiaries throughout the United States, in collaboration with the audit committee and senior management.

Terese is a Certified Public Accountant and received her Bachelors in Accountancy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
