Selase Dow serves as President — North Texas Market at Innovista Health Solutions. Selase is responsible for building and leading physician networks in navigating transitions in healthcare delivery, value-based contracts and strategic alignments to drive success for our clients in North Texas. Selase has over 15 years of experience with Population Health Management, Value Based Contracting, ACO, IPA, Medicare Commercial and Medicare-Medicaid and Health Plan operations. As a strategic leader, Selase is known for driving growth and profitability with a strong track record for success.

Prior to joining the Innovista team, acting as the Executive Director of Medicare Advantage/ACO, Selase single-handedly grew Universal American’s TexanPlus Membership by over 10%, in each year of his five-year tenure, which resulted in generating over $11 million in savings and moving from a 3 to 4-star plan during that same time period. He was also part of the growth team at multiple health plans, specializing in Medicare-Medicaid populations and consistently improving market share and patient satisfaction.

Selase received his BS in Business Administration/International Business from Drake University and an MS in Healthcare Administration from the University of Maryland – University College.
