Crystal Ecton and Selase Dow Promoted to Market President

Innovista is pleased to announce the promotion of two individuals, Crystal Ecton and Selase Dow, to Market President of key Texas geographies. These new roles will lead the service delivery and drive performance for Innovista’s clients across the Central and North Texas markets, respectively.  The promotions represent a continued expansion and growth of the team at Innovista and the markets it serves.

Central Texas

Crystal Ecton is responsible for building and leading Central Texas physician networks in navigating transitions in healthcare delivery, value-based contracts, and strategic alignments to drive success. Spanning Austin, San Antonio, El Paso, and Laredo, this market includes multiple Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) representing over 250 primary care physicians. Crystal was an early leader at Innovista and quickly formed relationships with these physician networks, implemented care programs and value-based strategies that have resulted in over $20 million in shared savings and quality bonuses. Prior to her role at Innovista, Crystal served as the Senior Executive Director at Employer Direct Healthcare, an Austin-based healthcare start-up, bringing innovative healthcare solutions to self-insured employer groups. Crystal holds degrees in Economics and Political Science from University of California at Berkeley.

Prior to joining the Innovista team, Selase came from Universal American/TexanPlus, where he spent nearly five years growing membership and generating over $11 million in savings for his clients.
