Crystal Ecton serves as President — Central Texas Market at Innovista Health Solutions. Crystal is responsible for building and leading physician networks in navigating transitions in healthcare delivery, value-based contracts and strategic alignments to drive success for our clients from Central Texas to the border regions. Crystal’s passions are team development, leading by example and building trusted relationships with provider partners.

Prior to her tenure at Innovista, Crystal served as the Senior Executive Director at Employer Direct Healthcare, bringing innovative healthcare solutions to self-insured employer groups. Crystal began her career in communications and public relations at Apple Computer and continued with leadership positions at Sun Microsystems and ARCO, where she was responsible for innovative program design and product communication to further the success of these companies.

Crystal received her BA in Economics and Political Science from University of California at Berkeley.
